Waterfront Adirondack Vacation Rentals
Springtime is very special. It is ideal for hiking, fishing, birding, bicycling or just enjoying the
bounties of nature in your own special way. Fly fishing for Rainbow Trout is
marvelous in May while the Large Mouth Bass season takes over in mid-July when
they have finished nesting. Our fishing is considered among the best in the
Adirondacks, and in our area we do not have the black fly and bug problem
notorious in the central Adirondacks. The avid hiker or the casual walker can also enjoy our hiking trails and the trails of Black Mountain for the most spectacular overlooks of lake and valley views.
We have started taking bookings for the new season.
Due to limited space, we recommend you make your reservations early for May and June.
This is also the time to take advantage of our specially discounted rates and partial weeks offered
April 30 - June 18, excepting Memorial Day weekend, for the lowest discounted
rates of the 2010 season.

Deposits are due at the time you make your reservation; personal checks will be accepted for deposits.
We do not accept credit cards. The balance is due upon your arrival &
it must be cash, money order or traveler’s checks. We regret we cannot accept personal checks at that time.
REFUND POLICY: If cancellation is received 60 days
prior to scheduled arrival, you are entitled to a refund less a 10% service charge of the
total
rental. If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to rental,
a partial refund will be given if the cabin is re-rented.
